MRMC\u2019s appointment spans the full commercial lifecycle, including cost planning during design development, preparation of tender documentation, procurement and contract award, post-contract commercial management, and final account close-out. Our role is to provide principal-led, independent cost advisory services, ensuring that cost planning, procurement strategies, and commercial controls are aligned with the scale, complexity, and investment objectives of the project.<\/p>\n
