With completion targeted for Q2 2027, the project will deliver high-quality office space to support the continued growth of the capital\u2019s business environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MRMC\u2019s scope of services includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Post-Contract Commercial Management<\/li>\n<li>Interim Payment Assessment and Certification<\/li>\n<li>Variation Assessment and Cost Control<\/li>\n<li>Financial Reporting and Risk Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Final Account Negotiation and Close-Out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As projects move into the delivery phase, disciplined commercial management becomes critical to maintaining financial control and mitigating risk. MRMC\u2019s role is to provide structured, independent oversight\u2014ensuring transparency, accuracy, and consistency in all commercial processes, from ongoing cost control through to final account settlement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This appointment reinforces MRMC\u2019s commitment to principal-led, independent commercial advisory services on complex developments across Vietnam.
