Our Story
MRMC Quantity Surveyors was established in 2025 by a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over twenty years of professional experience in the construction industry and continuous involvement in the Vietnam market since 2011. The practice was founded to provide independent, objective, and ethically grounded cost consultancy services aligned with internationally recognised professional standards.
Throughout his career, the founder has advised developers, investors, and project teams on complex projects across multiple asset classes, applying RICS best practice alongside a strong understanding of local market conditions. MRMC QS was created to bring this experience into a focused consultancy model that prioritises professional integrity, technical competence, and clear accountability.
As a founder led practice, MRMC QS maintains direct senior involvement in all key deliverables. This ensures that advice is consistent, well considered, and commercially realistic. The firm is fully regulated by the RICS, with a commitment to transparency, independence, and acting in the best interests of clients at all times.
Our Purpose
