MRMC Quantity Surveyors has been appointed to deliver full professional Quantity Surveying services for a major Ready Built Factory and Ready Built Warehouse (RBF/RBW) development with Core 5 in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Located within Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park—one of Northern Vietnam’s fastest growing industrial corridors—the project occupies a site of approximately 100,000m² with a site coverage of 70%, delivering around 86,000m² of modern industrial space. The development is designed to accommodate light industrial, logistics, and manufacturing tenants, providing flexible, high-quality facilities aligned with the continued expansion of supply chain and production investment in the region. Its scale and strategic location position it as a key industrial asset within the park and a significant contributor to the growth of Vietnam’s northern economic zone.
MRMC’s appointment covers the full project lifecycle, including cost planning from preliminary and schematic design, design development cost management, tender documentation and contract award, post-contract commercial management, and final accounts. Developments of this scale require disciplined cost planning, procurement strategies aligned with market capacity, and robust commercial control throughout delivery. MRMC will provide principal-led, independent cost leadership to ensure clarity, control, and alignment with the project’s commercial objectives.
