MRMC Quantity Surveyors has been appointed to deliver full Quantity Surveying services on a prestigious luxury resort and branded residential development located on a prime coastal site in Vietnam.
Built on approximately 29 hectares, this landmark project comprises a curated mix of guest villas and pavilions, exclusive branded residences with private amenities, a signature cliff-top spa, resort pools, multiple dining venues, and a range of lifestyle and recreational facilities. Designed as a high-end destination, the development combines architectural ambition with a premium hospitality offering, requiring a highly coordinated and disciplined approach to delivery.
MRMC’s appointment spans the full commercial lifecycle, including cost planning during design development, preparation of tender documentation, procurement and contract award, post-contract commercial management, and final account close-out. Our role is to provide principal-led, independent cost advisory services, ensuring that cost planning, procurement strategies, and commercial controls are aligned with the scale, complexity, and investment objectives of the project.
