MRMC Quantity Surveyors has been appointed to deliver Post-Contract and Final Account services for Parc HaNoi, an approximately 80,000m² GFA Grade A office development comprising 23 levels, located within the prestigious Starlake Tay Ho Tay masterplan in Hanoi.
Parc HaNoi represents a key commercial development within one of Hanoi’s most strategically positioned and rapidly evolving mixed-use districts. With completion targeted for Q2 2027, the project will deliver high-quality office space to support the continued growth of the capital’s business environment.
MRMC’s scope of services includes:
- Post-Contract Commercial Management
- Interim Payment Assessment and Certification
- Variation Assessment and Cost Control
- Financial Reporting and Risk Monitoring
- Final Account Negotiation and Close-Out
